New 3 MoE Tank Challenge

The new 3 Mark Challenge tank has now been chosen. The goal is to get 3 marks of excellence in no more than 150 battles, but the quicker the better. Currently myself and Harvanator from H4V0C are undertaking this, but feel free to join in with us.
